MetalChem LTD had finished localization process at Volzskiy Tube Plant of the deoxidants of 2 types
Based on the strategical agreement presently MetalChem LTD had finished localization process at Volzskiy Tube Plant of the deoxidants of 2 types:
1) Borax pentahydrate based– OXYSCALE 2-14
2) STPP based– OXYSCALE T4.
Those materials are produced on modern equipment which allows precise dosage and milling of components.
The uniformity of grain-size and chemical composition of the mixes is achieved due to forced physical application to each particle with an option to regulate this effort and the mill grade respectively. As the result the mixture with uniform particle distribution and uniform chemical composition is achieved. That will give a positive impact to scale dissolving reaction and surface quality.
