SORBOIL
For mineral oil and surface-active substances separation we offer the SORBOIL line adsorber (the material of the A10 model is widely used in Russia).
GENERAL CHARACTERISTIC
SORBOIL is the adsorber, that consists of fine-dispersed powder mixture (nanoparticles), intended for different organic contaminations of mineral and synthetic oils with cationic and nonionic surface-active substance. Applying this material our clients reach required parameters of chemical oxygen demand (COD) decrease in sewage. For example, the adsorber A10 is specific for sewage and appropriate for treatment of sewage with the high level of mineral oils and the medium concentration of surface-active substances and synthetic oils.
SORBOIL A10 is the mixture of different components:
- the mineral part is based on active sodium compounds for adsorption improvement.
- this material has the high porosity and contains up to 900 mg/g of carbonic component.
SORBOIL is delivered in powdery condition in 25 kg paper sacks or in big-bags and is dosed mainly on the acidulating stage during neutralization.

Dosage
SORBOIL is diluted beforehand in water with the suspension formation 5-10 %
It is dosed from 300 to 800 g/m3, depending on the pollution factor of solution.
SORBOIL dosage is calculated by laboratory tests.
